LoveBomb Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LoveBomb App Referral Program ("Program") provided by Digital Humanity Inc ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as the Terms & Conditions of the LoveBomb app. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility:

To participate in the Program, you must be a registered user of the LoveBomb mobile application and be at least 18 years old.

2. How the Program Works:

“Get 5 people on LoveBomb, get a free “Spread Love” sweatshirt.”

To earn rewards, you must invite people to the app via LoveBomb’s in-app invite system, which requires you to have the invitee’s phone number in your iPhone contacts. All invitees must not already be on LoveBomb and have not previously created and authenticated a LoveBomb account with their phone number. Once an invitee signs-up for LoveBomb and authenticates their account with their phone number, you will get credit for the referral. Once a user successfully refers 10 new users to the LoveBomb app, they will earn “one free ‘'Spread Love' Sweatshirt.

3. Reward Details:

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

The "Spread Love Sweatshirt" will be awarded to you once you have successfully referred “5 new users" who meet the eligibility criteria, and once you have submitted an address of where the sweatshirt should be shipped.

If you are located outside the continental USA, please note that you are eligible to participate in the Program, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the rewards.

Rewards will be mailed to you within “30 days" of meeting the referral requirements and providing your rewards redemption address to contact@LoveBomb.app.

4. Eligible Referrals:

Referrals must be new users who have not previously registered for LoveBomb.

Duplicate or fraudulent referrals will not be eligible for rewards.

5. Program Changes:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data:

By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination:

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program for violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen rewards or any technical issues that may prevent participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware.
